6-Week Virtual JOURNALING WORKSHOP

Writing in a personal journal can be a powerful tool for sorting out thoughts, feelings, coping with daily challenges and unlocking your “authentic self”

As we discover the many facets of Journaling, you will learn how to:

  1. Identify and eliminate self-defeating patterns
  2. Strengthen communication with yourself and others
  3. Unleash your ability to create solutions to life long dilemmas and repeated mistakes
  4. Empower yourself as you work through life’s challenging situations

There are various styles of journaling with distinct forms within each style; each for the purpose of getting different results.

Here are the styles of Journal Writing that we will work through over a 6 week period:

  1. Reflectivejournaling in bed
  2. Cathartic
  3. Dialogical
  4. Prayer
  5. Free Intuitive

 We will meet virtually through a webcast once a week for 6 weeks for 1 hour where we will:

  1. Focus on a different Journaling Style each week and its benefits
  2. Uncover the various forms of journaling within each style
  3. Identify the purpose for each form
  4. Learn how to use each style to obtain specific results

As a Part of This Group You Will:

Pamela Byrd is a Boundaries Coach and Journaling Practitioner.  She is well equipped  in helping spirit-filled women to gain practical knowledge and tools for establishing significant boundaries in all areas of life.  She has been coaching for 12 years and journaling since childhood. She is passionate about helping others to uncover the benefits of journaling as a vehicle for getting through life’s issues.
